# Client documents you publish as a link in one click.

Ten complete deliverables, each a page rather than a file. Pick one, publish it to your account, fill it in yourself or with your agent, and send the link with a passcode. The client opens it on their phone. You see when they did.

## What is a client deliverable template?

A client deliverable template is a finished document shape, a proposal, a statement of work, a report or a deck, that a services business fills in for each client rather than starting from a blank page. These are web pages: one click publishes any of them as a private link, and a revision keeps the same link.

## Publish one in a click

Each link below opens the composer with that template pinned. Sign in or sign up on the way if you need to; the template is waiting on the other side.

## How the templates get filled in

Three ways, and most people use two. Edit the HTML and publish it back to the same link. Open the page in your editor and ask Claude Code or Cursor to fill the sections from your notes. Or give the template and a call transcript to Claude, Claude Design or Cowork and ask for a first draft in exactly this structure, then check the fee, the dates and any sentence more certain than the call was.

## Why they are pages

A file is finished when it is sent. A page is finished when the client says yes. In between, the fee moves, a date slips, a section is added because of a question on the call, and a page keeps one link through all of it. A page also reports back: when it was opened, by how many people, and, if you switch on the question box, what they asked.

FAQ

## Frequent questions

What are these templates? + Complete, fictional client deliverables written as web pages: a proposal, a statement of work, a deck, a report, an audit. Each one publishes to your Stacktree account in one click as a private link, and you fill it in from there: in the browser, from your editor, or by handing the HTML to an AI agent with your notes. Are the templates free? + Yes. The free plan publishes three pages, each live for seven days, passcodes included. Solo at $19 a month keeps pages up for good and adds your own domain. Can I edit a template with Claude, ChatGPT or Cowork? + Yes. Every template is a single self-contained HTML file. Give it to the model with your notes or a call transcript and ask it to fill the sections in the same structure, then publish the result to the same link. The design pass on this site can then bring the page to a consistent standard before the client sees it. Can I use my own template instead? + Yes. Any HTML file publishes the same way: drag it onto the dashboard, or have your agent publish it through the connector. The templates here are a starting point, not a requirement. What does the client see? + A page that opens in any browser with no account, from a link that is never listed or indexed. A passcode if you set one. The current version, always, because a revision keeps the same link.
